The photo that you see was taken during a performance in Dallas. Since 1951, I have performed, recorded and taught music. It has been a blessing, to have had as a livelihood all these years, something that I have always enjoyed doing. I thank God for the years He has given me, for my health, the ability to play music, and for the forgiveness He has given me for the many mistakes and poor choices I have made over the years. This same forgiveness is available to all who ask for it.

The main purpose of this website is to present what the Bible has to say about life
"After the Finale". Several resources/information are listed below—and if you read on, you may discover some things about this subject that you weren't aware of. Rest assured, no salesman will call and no offering will be taken.

Josh McDowell: After I set out to refute Christianity intellectually and couldn’t, I came to the conclusion the Bible was true and Jesus Christ was God’s Son. On December 19, 1959, at 8:30 at night I placed my trust in Christ as Savior and Lord and asked Him to come into my life and forgive me.

Over time things began to change. Where I once constantly lost my temper, I found myself arriving at a crisis and experiencing peace. Where I once believed people were there to be used, I started thinking of other people first. I once had a lot of hatred, mainly toward my father, an alcoholic. I despised him. After I came to Christ, I could look my father in the eyes and say, "I love you." Click to read more (Article will open in a new tab/window. This page will remain open.)

Below is a short excerpt from the introduction.

"If God were willing to sit down with you personally and allow you to air your questions, reason through your doubts, and pose any challenge—would you take Him up on His offer? Would you be willing to investigate His claims and understand His purposes? Would you be willing to believe Him? Friend, He has given you just such an invitation. In Isaiah 1:18 the Bible says, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD.” God isn’t intimidated by your questions, and He isn’t surprised by your doubts. In fact, quite the opposite is true. He is fully aware of every detail of your life, and still He invites you to approach Him personally and reason with Him through your life’s questions."

The Gospel literally translates as the good news.

Good news usually comes when something is wrong and we need someone or something to change our circumstances.

In our case, sin is the problem that corrupts the world and everything in it.

We are powerless to overcome that problem apart from Christ.

Our attempts to control the situation only increase the chaos around us and within us. That is why we need healing.

"It was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, 'You must not covet'."
